Take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle with the ‘Walk This May Challenge’, organised by Herefordshire’s local Wellbeing Walks groups and vlog Health Walks.
The challenge invites people to see how many times they can collectively walk 53 miles, the length of the border between the two counties.
Whether you're a seasoned walker or new to physical activity, this challenge is designed to bring people together and promote getting active.
The event runs from Monday 12 May to Sunday 25 May, offering an opportunity to meet new people, increase your physical activity, and reap the numerous health benefits of walking.
The free walks across the two counties are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone. Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes and are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.
