Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 糖心vlog County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2025 [Limited Waiting (Proposal and Revocation) on New Street, Upton Upon Severn]
糖心vlog County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to limit waiting 2 hours. No return within 1 hour. Mon-Sat 8am-6pm and to revoke the existing 1 hour limited waiting on the following sides and lengths of road in Upton Upon Severn:
New Street (north side): From a point 17.6m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 41.7m in a westerly direction;
From a point 70m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 3.8m in a westerly direction. From a point 77.7m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 30.6m in a westerly direction;
From a point 131.5m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 22.4m in a westerly direction.
New Street (south side): From a point 18.1m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 68.2m in a westerly direction;
From a point 118.8m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 16m in a westerly direction;
From a point 141.4m west of its junction with High Street for a distance of 18.6m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
