Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ÌÇÐÄvlog County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2025 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Space & No Waiting (Proposals & Revocations) on A4104 Old Street, Upton Upon Severn]
ÌÇÐÄvlog County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons’ parking space on the following side and length of road in Upton Upon Severn:
Disabled Badge Holders Only (Revocation of existing Limited Waiting)
Old Street, Upton (west side) - from a point 100.5m north of its junction with Backfields Lane for a distance of 6.6m in a northerly direction.
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time on the following side and length of road in Upton upon Severn:-
No Waiting at Any Time (Revocation of the current Disabled Badge Holders Only).
Old Street, Upton (west side)- from a point 107.1m north of its junction with Backfields Lane for a distance of 6.6m in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
